The registration form should be filled with utmost care. Please fill up the name, date of birth and other details as per school records without spelling error. Submit the duly filled form along with the copy of the Birth Certificate latest by 14 September 2018 for submission to CBSE.

Please note that no corrections in names or date of birth will be allowed later.
