Hello and welcome to Rajagiri Christu Jayanthi Kindergarten, which in many ways is a home away from home. My name is Mrs. Charmine Judelene Libera, and I am honoured to serve as the Headmistress of our Kindergarten. With a career dedicated to early childhood education, I am passionate about creating a warm, engaging, and enriching environment for our young learners.

My journey in education has taken me through various roles, from classroom teacher to administrative leader. My educational philosophy is rooted in the belief that every child is unique and possesses innate curiosity and potential. I am committed to nurturing this potential through a play-based, child-centred approach that encourages exploration, creativity, and critical thinking. By focusing on social, emotional, and cognitive development, we at RCJK aim to provide a strong foundation for lifelong learning.

Collaboration with parents, teachers, and the community is central to our approach. We believe that a cohesive and supportive environment is essential for children to thrive. Together, we can create an atmosphere where every child feels valued, confident and excited to learn.
